SRS
The SRS machine is a 5 Axis CNC machine equipped with automatic tool change. Thanks to its new tilting single blade, it allows to obtain every type of finished pieces, ready for the gluing operation.
Compared to milling machines, the SRS reduces panel waste by approximately 15%.
The SRS machine consists of a fixed worktable, a portal that moves along the X Axis, and a carriage with the blade that moves along the Y Axis.. The movements of X and Y axis take place through precision system of the rack-pinion-reducer type.
The standard machine includes:
CNC machine that enables movements along the X, Y, Z, W, and C axes, powered by brushless motors.
Bakelite worktable features a square pattern with a 50 mm center distance and offers selectable vacuum functionality in two distinct areas.
Manually controlled centralized lubrification system.
Depression system with two pumps with flow rate of 320 m3/h.
A kit of three retractable stops, positioned on two sides of the worktable, ensures a mechanical zero reference.
Safety protection
Centralized electrical system is housed within a cabin integrated into the machine, with sufficient size to accommodate it adequately.
Numerical Control system with EtherCAT, installed on a mobile pulpit.
Parametric SW CutExpert is dedicated to the fabrication of ducts in pre-insulated panel.
