PENTAX
The innovative PENTAX is a 5 controlled Axis CNC machine, projected and studied from CGM with new generation electronical technologies. The machine PENTAX permits to obtain finished pieces for ducts in pre-insulated; no more hand operations and bendings to do, the pieces obtained are ready to be glued. Due to a perfect product process industrialization CGM propose to his valued customers a very high quality machine at the minimum cost. The standard machine is completed with a large quantity of accessories and devices dedicated to reduce the production time and generate the best quality of finished product.
The standard machine includes:
Three controlled and interpolated axes X-Y-C all equipped with brushless motors
Marking unit, for numbering parts and easy sorting them after cutting
Automatic lubricating system, to minimize maintenance
Rolling tables to guide the panels during cutting operations
Laptop with our dedicated parametric software CutExpert, easy to learn and operate
USB port or network file transmission (files from Laptop to CN)
Maintenance and instruction’s manuals (in English language)
Electric and pneumatic diagrams

TDC tool for multi straight cut with cutters
The cycle of functionning is inserted in drive of machine PENTAX. With few and simple operations is possible to cut as far as 4 strips with 45° cut on the same panel. The TDC tool permits to have only one machine for the milling mould cut and for the straight cut with cutters.
