HD 500
The HD 500 machine is a 6-axis CNC machine with interpolated axes. It is composed of a fixed worktable and a moving portal, powered by a double Brushless motorization (one for each side with a Gantry system).
Mounted on the mobile portal is a head group with an inclinable electro spindle featuring an ISO 30 cone and equipped with an automatic tool changing system.
The automatic tool change system utilizes a rack system with 8 tool positions. These 8 tools allow for the realization of all special type of work (including rainproof) for ducts with 500 µm aluminium cover
The HD 500 is a white label product for P3.
The standard machine includes:
CNC machine that enables movements along the X, X1, Y, Z, W, and C axes, powered by brushless motors.
Bakelite worktable features a square pattern with a 50 mm center distance and offers selectable vacuum functionality in two distinct areas.
Manually controlled centralized lubrification system.
Depression system with two pumps with flow rate of 320 m3/h.
A kit of three retractable stops, positioned on two sides of the worktable, ensures a mechanical zero reference.
Safety protection
Centralized electrical system is housed within a cabin integrated into the machine, with sufficient size to accommodate it adequately.
Numerical Control system with EtherCAT, installed on a mobile pulpit.
Parametric SW CutExpert is dedicated to the fabrication of ducts in pre-insulated panel.
